What Decides the Cost of a Dental Implant
The implant fixture itself, the abutment and the crown are three separate components, and quality varies at each stage. Established implant systems cost more but have long-term research and easy availability of spare parts behind them.
Bone volume matters too. If the tooth has been missing for years, a bone graft or sinus lift may be needed before placement, which adds to both time and cost.
Finally, the crown material — metal-ceramic versus full zirconia — changes both aesthetics and price. During your consultation we quote each component separately so nothing is a surprise.
