What to expect once you leave the chair
- Expect one or two adjustment visits — sore spots are normal at first
- Remove at night and store in water or cleaning solution
- Clean daily with a denture brush, never with hot water
- Yearly review; relining is usually needed every few years as the ridge changes

Will a lower denture stay in place?
Lower dentures are harder to stabilise. If suction is not enough, two implants with clip attachments transform the hold and are far cheaper than a full implant arch.
How long until I can eat normally?
Two to four weeks. Start with soft food cut small and chew on both sides at once — the muscle learning is the slow part.
